Duration – Three hours
Age – For youth riders aged 11 - 16 (School Years 7 – 11)
Previous experience – This course is for graduates of the Beginner course. Please do not book track courses until you have completed a previous course e.g. do not book an Improver course until you have completed a Beginner course. However, please contact the centre if you think you are sufficiently experienced to book on this stage without having completed the previous stage course. For safety reasons, our coach may ask you to leave the session if you are not at the correct standard.
Fitness level – Medium
This session will develop group riding abilities and include sprinting techniques and drills for riding safely and effectively at higher speeds.
