Duration – Two hours
Age – For adults and those 15 years and over
(15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult)
Previous experience - Please do not book track courses until you have completed a previous stage e.g. do not book a stage 3 course until you have completed a stage 2 or do not book an Advanced course until you have completed an Improver course. However, please contact the centre if you think you are sufficiently experienced to book on this stage without having completed the previous stage course. For safety reasons, our coach may ask you to leave the session if you are not at the correct standard.
Fitness level – Medium/high
This session is for graduates from the Stage 2 Beginner course and those looking to consolidate skills and fitness at this level.
Learn to group ride with others at a faster pace. Drills may change however skills covered are; riding safely and effectively at higher speeds, changing at speed, working with others, stacking and sprinting.
Please note that progression to the next level is not guaranteed and riders often repeat this course before moving on. The coach will inform individuals at the end of the course if they need to complete another session before moving on.
Bike hire is not included in this session but can be hired for an additional charge of £5.
